George has had kind of a rough couple of weeks. He's been generally irritable and has been having more meltdowns than usual. He's not been able to get to sleep as easily as he used to. Yesterday, he had a rough fall and knocked his eye on the tv stand, ending up with 5 stitches. But amidst the tough times, today George made some good progress.

When people speak of their eagerness for a second child, they often mention that it'll be fun for child number one to have a brother or sister to play with. For the first two years of George's life, I mourned the fact that George barely took any notice of Samuel and that the two weren't able to "play" together the way two typically developing brothers should have.
